Every program combines assessment, feedback and coaching to guide executives or managers in improving their leadership effectiveness and the organisational outcome. Our innovative programs, tailored to individual and organisational needs, are appropriate for top performers - executives, middle managers and other key team members.

Coaching is a highly individualized process because we are all different. While many techniques work to a degree, nothing works better than a program that is custom-tailored to the individual, with a blend of observation, assessment, consulting, learning opportunities, mentoring and feedback. Our goal is to provide our clients with a unique coaching experience.

During an initial interview, we identify what type of coaching is needed - change, intervention, update etc. From there, we define the background issues and desired outcomes, and design the process and proposal.

We customise every program to achieve organizational and individual goals. Our consultant meets with an executive, senior management and peers to determine the desired outcome.

Public Speaking for Executives - 
Every executive has to give a speech once in a while. Gain confidence speaking in public.

The consultant administers assessment tools, shadows the leader, and develops an action plan and learning program with agreed-upon milestones. The consultant meets with the executive on a regular, agreed-upon schedule to measure progress against development plans, identify critical leadership events, role-play scenarios, and practice success.

The executive, the consultant and the concerned staff work in partnership to achieve optimal results. The process works by creating strong synergy, using profiling system, professional assessments, self-assessments, 360 degree feedback, and blended learning solutions. All participants of the process regularly review progress.

Through our executive coaching programs, we develop leaders who have insight about their strengths and weaknesses and who are better able to maintain clear vision, build relationships, manage stress and hone their skills to benefit the company.
