During an initial interview, we identify what type of coaching is needed - change, intervention, update etc. From there, we define the background issues and desired outcomes, and design the process and proposal.

The consultant administers assessment tools, shadows the leader, and develops an action plan and learning program with agreed-upon milestones. The consultant meets with the executive on a regular, agreed-upon schedule to measure progress against development plans, identify critical leadership events, role-play scenarios, and practice success.
The executive, the consultant and the concerned staff work in partnership to achieve optimal results. The process works by creating strong synergy, using profiling system, professional assessments, self-assessments, 360 degree feedback, and blended learning solutions. All participants of the process regularly review progress.
