Co-Founder and Managing Director of Reflections HOPE Corporation

Not only is she an enterprising woman herself, Therese Cook has directly and indirectly counselled and mentored hundreds of women in successfully owning and operating their own businesses.

She is best known for her amazing ability to adapt to change personally and professionally. She is on the Executive leadership team as the 2008 Communications Leader for National Speakers Association of Australia. She is the 2008/2009 President of Miranda RSL Toastmasters Club and is a volunteer presenter for Enough is Enough Anti Violence Movement Inc presenting the Traffic Offenders Program in the St George and Sutherland Shire Areas to serious traffic offenders.

Therese’s personal success story is about overcoming trauma and great odds to achieving the impossible and is living proof that when you truly believe in your dream, you can turn that dream into a successful reality. Who would have thought that a quiet, shy lady could step out and become a competent public communicator achieving the 2008 Miranda RSL Toastmasters International Speech Contest winning trophy and going on to win runner up at the 2008 Area 2 Toastmasters International Speech Contest.
