Therese Cook is an accomplished professional speaker, coach and trainer with over 10 years experience.
A Certified workplace trainer, Certified Advanced Communicator Bronze and Competent Leader from Toastmasters International and Published Author she has a wide range of tools at her disposal to assist her clients in achieving their outcomes.
Therese is highly regarded as a facilitator, trainer and presenter on topics of road safety, responsible leadership and crisis management.
Therese's book 'My Heart is Breaking But My Spirit is Strong', takes us on her journey as she tells of her physical and emotional trauma, grief after the death of her daughter and her struggle to overcome severe physical injuries as a result of being a victim in a horrific car crash. It also shows you triumph - the triumph you experience when you overcome even one small obstacle. And that overcoming small obstacles and taking very small steps, one at a time, are crucial to recovering from emotional trauma.
